Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the activities that are prohibited when using CompetRadar's competitive intelligence platform, APIs, and websites. It supplements — and forms part of — our Terms & Conditions.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Services for lawful business purposes consistent with your subscription plan, including monitoring publicly available competitor pricing, availability, and assortment data for the brands and SKUs you have a legitimate business interest in tracking.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Engage in fraud, deceptive practices, or impersonation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related infrastructure, or other customers' data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code, models, or proprietary algorithms.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.
- Use the Services to facilitate price-fixing, anti-competitive coordination, or other behavior that violates competition law.
- Submit content or instructions that introduce malware, abusive automation, or destructive payloads.
- Exceed published rate limits, circumvent throttling, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the Services.
- Scrape, mirror, or replicate the Services' own user interfaces or proprietary data outputs for redistribution.
4. Data Sources
CompetRadar collects publicly available data from competitor e-commerce websites. You are responsible for ensuring that the targets you instruct us to monitor are appropriate for your business and that your use of the resulting data complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Security Researchers
Good-faith security research is welcomed under our responsible-disclosure policy. Contact [email protected] before performing any testing that could affect production systems or other customers.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access without prior notice if your use poses immediate risk to the Services, our customers, or third parties. We will, when reasonable, work with you to remediate before terminating.
7. Reporting Abuse

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as our Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email with reasonable advance notice.
