Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Bootstrapped Ventures LLC ("CompetRadar," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our competitive intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The CompetRadar competitive intelligence service, including websites, APIs, and applications.
• Services: All competitive monitoring, AI matching, alerts, and analytics features provided by CompetRadar.
• Subscription: The paid plan that grants access to the Services.
• Content: All data, reports, and outputs generated by or made available through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business entity. The Services are intended for business use and not for personal, household, or consumer purposes.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain that information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Services Description

CompetRadar collects publicly available data from competitor e-commerce websites, applies AI-driven matching, and delivers pricing and inventory insights. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific data source.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for upcoming billing cycles.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform technology, design, software, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Bootstrapped Ventures LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such processing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all data sources will remain accessible. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompetRadar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will end and you may export your data within 30 days.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or governmental action.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform with at least 30 days' notice.
